I am in Lansing Mi.
I pay 30 dollars per month for landline and 44 for cell phone. I am looking for that how can i reduce these 75 dollar expense into half.

If you absolutely need the landline you can probably find a little cheaper rate plan online. Otherwise, just go with cell phone only like many others are doing. Get a cell phone plan in your area that offer free incoming and outgoing calls like Cricket. Good Luck!
